Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Our products are
inspected for defects before shipment to ensure quality.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please feel free to
return your unused order within 30 days of the original ship date.
Refunds cover the original purchase price, less the shipping costs for
both the purchase and the return. We do not refund shipping charges.
If the return is a result of an error on our part, the customer is
exempt from paying the original and return shipping costs.
The item returned must be UNWORN and in its original condition in order for us to
accept and process your return.
To return an item, follow the instructions listed below. Please note that we do not accept returns on underwear or any personal vibration devices,adult toys or novelties regardless if the package has been unopened.
- All returns must reach our warehouse within 30 days of the original ship date.
- All products must be returned in their original condition (ie unused, unwashed, etc.)
- Any packaged item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Unless due to our error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging your item, we will charge for additional shipping for orders under $75.00.
- It is very important that you record your shipping number so the
package can be tracked during transit. We are not responsible for
returned products that we do not receive.
- Include a copy of the receipt for your order. If you are
returning one item from a multiple-item order, you may mail us a copy
and retain the original for your records.
- A copy of your original order or receipt must be included in the return package. Please include the reason you are returning that we can better serve you in the future.
- In certain cases, specialty items may be subject to a restocking fee.
