Once
your order has been finalized, you will be provided a shipping number. Retain
this number, as it will be required for tracking as well as returns on ordered
items.
Most
orders are filled and shipped within 5 working days of the order placement.
While we make every attempt to ship every order within this time frame (excluding weekends and holidays), this cannot
be guaranteed. Special Order Items
such as Claire Pettibone, Bleu Claire and Butterflies make take 2-4 weeks
from time of order until shipping.
If an item is on backorder or out of stock you will be
notified via e-mail. Some products will be shipped separately directly
from the manufacturer.
